At miniMeSquared we have set up a very easy to understand service plan. We have three service plans designed to give you three very clear choices. Choose from one of our 3 attractive options:
MONTHLY PLAN
Our monthly plan is Ideal for busy customers. Choose from a variety of monthly plans to suit your budget and usage pattern.
Your EA will be available to receive all your service requests during the shift you’ve selected. However, in case of emergencies, you will be able to contact us 24/7 because we are always available. Urgent tasks on request to be handled on weekends will be charged premium rates as applicable.
You can choose to pay your retainer fees monthly, bimonthly, quarterly or yearly; the choice is up to you. Our rates cover some basic services, so for the period you have paid for, you can demand these basic services from us and we will deliver. All other services not listed as basic services will come with additional costs based on the service type.

Task based plan
Our Task Based Plan is for customers who want assistance on specific one time projects. We undertake tasks from start to finish and you pay for that particular project. This plan offers you dedicated support till the completion of the project.
PAY AS YOU GO PLAN
This is for clients who do not wish to pay the retainer fees because they aren’t sure of their usage pattern. If you do not pay retainer fees but require our services, we will attend to your needs but you would have to pay us a certain percentage of the total cost of service based on the kind of service requested for.
Have us on demand, or use us when you need us. The choice is very simple. All prices are as stated and there are no hidden fees or pesky set up costs! The only choice you have to make after this is what you want us to take care of first!
