We are self-employed executive support professionals who provide support from an off-site location (virtually), working from our own offices. We utilize advanced technology and the internet to provide administrative support and handle business and personal tasks for small business owners, executives, foreigners and other independent professionals. We are highly skilled and make our services available to clients on an as-needed basis or retainer basis. Information is typically shared via email, fax, telephone, etc.
A Virtual Personal and Executive Assistant (VPEA) is an independent contractor who can provide administrative, personal or executive services from their office through the internet, fax machine, and/or telephone to assist businesses as well as the general public.

Click the Sign Up link, fill in your contact details and choose the service plan which suits you. Once you complete this step, you will be called by one of Business Development Managers to understand your requirement. Once we confirm that we can undertake your tasks, a Non Disclosure agreement & an online invoice will be emailed to you.
After the account is setup, you will receive a welcome call & email from your dedicated Executive Assistant. You can then start allocating tasks.
We have a highly secure data center keeping all of your data safe and protected. Any information you have provided to miniMEsquared Limited is/are safe. We will not share your personal information with anyone. However, we may need to disclose some information to other service providers if you want us to book tickets or purchase products online.
We can setup your account instantly and an Executive Assistant (virtual personal assistant) will be allocated to your account the same day or the next business day if the task is urgent. Under normal circumstances we need 3 business days to start the services.
You can contact your Executive assistant by phone, fax, sms, email or instant messaging like Yahoo, MSN, SKYPE. If you sign up for 3 months we will send you a VPN phone line through our partnership with Visafone that allows free unlimited calls between you and your Executive Assistant, any member of miniMEsquared or anyone that has a Visafone VPN line.

No. miniMEsquared’s operations are set-up for individual accounts and, as such, it is not possible for Executive Assistants to handle requests from different people on one account.
Yes. miniMEsquared does currently service members from around the world but our requests must be English-based (e.g., we can't call a shop in Germany and speak to them in German).
Once membership fees have been processed, we are unable to grant refunds. If you plan on discontinuing membership, please make sure you do so before the start of your next billing cycle.
A request is generally defined as a short, consumer-related task to be carried out via phone or Internet. Examples of requests include Making reservations, service appointments, Diary/calendar management, Price checks/Getting vendor quotes, Referral checks, Proof reading/Editing documents, Alerts/Scheduling/ Booking of meetings, Client correspondence, Travel Arrangements, Research, Concierge Services, Secretarial Support etc.
Projects are more involved tasks that can be personal or business related. Our Projects team is designed to help members with tasks such as internet research, and other relatively straight-forward projects.
